This one is called Wet Winter Boot. It is really, just a fun item to run around Second Life in! This boot is the first in the Wet Winter Collection. My hopes are to make more in the future, so we can stomp around in the cold weather ;-D
The boot is not yet available at The Happy Hat...Who knows when this will be placed on a shelf there!
