Profile Hoppin'

As many of you know, I love to "Profile Hop". This is my coin phrase for reading a profile and teleporting to one of the favorite spots on the list. While at this place, I find another avatar's profile and teleport again. I have come across some pretty awesome paces this way.

While out and about this last time, I came across this:

I have never seen anything like this on my travels before and was a bit stunned. I know this exists and have even had other's tell me about encounters...I was just speechless...Why? Why do this? Why do the "barbie" look when you can be anything? 

I know there are reasons; I am just not filled with these myself...Literally...This avatar never fully rezzed the whole time I was on the sim! That was a disappointment.

I am not criticising here, just curious. If any of you readers know why these additions are added, please let me know via a notecard. Are they scripted? What do they do? What purpose do they have? How are they built? Do the clothes come with them?

Needless to say, I waited for another arrival before doing another "Profile Hop" ;-D
