This is a post from almost three years ago...Still holds true today...
As many of you know, Rah has been in several hunts. She enjoys these events and has a blast watching avies come and go all day long in the shop.
What you may not know, is she creates special items for each of these hunts. These items are used in the hunts and sold later in The Happy Hat or on The Marketplace. These gifts also take time to create. Even hiding the hunt objects take time!
What bites the big one, so to speak, is when Rah hears comments on how lame, or stupid, or ugly the gifts...or even the hints...are.
All merchants take time out of their busy lives to create and be a part of something large. Please enjoy what you get. Be thankful for the gems you find. If you get something you will not use...just throw it out.
Don't forget to tell the merchants thank you. This can be a simple word or a purchase/donation at their store.
Be kind to each other and we will all be in a better place.
