...Since the onset of the COVID pandemic, I have become very complacent in my ways. I used to do aerobic exercise and walk three to five days a week. Now? I do some stretching and flexing. That's it. Am losing muscle weight. At my age, this could be bad.
There are so many reasons for my actions and they are all excuses. What I need is to get off my ass and get moving. I know better.
Please send positive vibes my way to get moving and grooving.
