Yep. That's me. Busy. It's that time of the year. Right before the semester begins is when I get all those instructors calling and emailing wanting assistance. No big deal. I've learned to make appointments with problem persons and can walk ANYONE through a process over the phone.
This still does not make me less busy...Just more efficient.
What is worse is that I need to get my class up and running! Am good to Week Seven...Out of Sixteen Weeks ;-D
