Second Life Woes

For about a month...maybe more...I have been having a great deal of issues with the Second Life Viewer.

The first thing to start was the ability to take a snapshot. Every time I woudl select time save option, a crash woudl happen.

The second thing was the messages. I might get them upon login...and I might not. I know I've lost some stuff to the cyberspace Gods of Second Life.

To resolve this quickly...I installed Singularity and Firestorm. The former had been on the PC for awhile, the latter is new with my use. It worked as it should; however, it is so "Busy". There's just too much stuff on the Interface. Even building takes extra steps. There are some positive things with the Firestorm Viewer. I can see why folks like it.

Singularity will take less CPU to run; if you are interested. The College is actually using this Viewer for Second Life work.

I am, as I type, re-installing Second Life. It will take me a few to set-up all the "stuff" as I had it before removing. Maybe it will properly...
