For this New Year, my goals will be to

  • Read.
  • Yoga.
  • Stretch.
  • Be Kind.
  • Drink More Water.
Now, this is not a limited list. There are other areas that need improvement. 
  • Relationship.
  • Employment.
  • Education.
We'll see where the year takes me...
